In each class, yoga poses are combined with breath awareness to gently stretch and tone the body, ending with a deep relaxation to release tension and calm the mind.

Class Times for 2008 are as follows:
Tuesdays 5:30pm to 7pm. I will be adding more classes subject to demand, please contact me if you have an interest in classes on other days or weekends.

Cost: €100 for 8 classes. Drop in rate: €15.

Venue: Classes are held on the South Campus, NUI Maynooth in Kildare. Please contact me for detailed directions.
